According to the story told by a Facebook user, Sam Itauma, the church members claim that while they were having their youth vigil a bird fell into the Apostolic Gospel Church then turned into this old woman.


In the video which is painful to watch, the woman is surrounded by church members who scream at her and call her a witch while whipping her. One of them can be heard asking her, "What did you come here to do? Who sent you here?"

As the woman tried to escape, she was stopped by the congregation. At some point they began to rebuke her and started chanting in unison, calling down the fire of the holy ghost to burn her. The height of it all was when a church member threw a stone at her when she tried to escape.

To fight what it called a "grave threat" to the country, a watchdog group on Monday filed a lawsuit alleging that President Donald Trump is violating the Constitution by allowing his business to accept payments from foreign governments.

The lawsuit claims that a constitutional clause prohibits Trump from receiving money from diplomats for stays at his hotels or foreign governments for leases of office space in his buildings.

The language in the clause is disputed by legal experts, and some think the lawsuit will fail. But it signals the start of a legal assault on what Trump critics see as unprecedented conflicts between his business and the presidency.

Trump called the lawsuit "without merit, totally without merit" after he signed some of his first executive actions Monday in the Oval Office.

The watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington filed the lawsuit in the Southern District of New York.


The group is being represented in part by two former White House chief ethics lawyers: Norman Eisen, who advised Barack Obama, and Richard Painter, who worked under George W. Bush. The two have expressed frustration that Trump has refused to take their recommendation and divest from his business, and feel they had no choice but to take legal action.

"As the Framers were aware, private financial interests can subtly sway even the most virtuous leaders," the lawsuit argues, "and entanglements between American officials and foreign powers could pose a creeping, insidious threat to the Republic."

At a news conference earlier this month, Trump Organization lawyer Sheri Dillon the so-called emoluments clause of the Constitution isn't meant to ban fair-value exchanges. They didn't think "paying your hotel bill was an emolument," she said.

Trump drew fresh attacks from critics almost the moment he took the oath of office on Friday.

The group behind Monday's lawsuit also filed a complaint Friday addressed to the General Services Administration, an agency that oversees the lease of the government-owned building that houses Trump's new Washington hotel. The complaint argued the agency must cancel the lease because it expressly forbids any elected official from benefiting from it.

GSA officials had said they needed to wait until Trump took office before weighing in on the issue. They have yet to issue an opinion, though, and have not responded to repeated requests for comment. Democrats in the House and Senate on Monday sent letters to Acting Administrator Timothy Horne seeking information about what the agency plans to do.

In the new lawsuit, the group faces several legal hurdles, including making the case that it even has standing to bring the suit.

"There are a lot of issues that have to be litigated for the first time," said Noah Bookbinder, executive director of CREW. He added, though, that "we have never had a president who has in a significant way accepted foreign payments."

Bookbinder said his group will argue it has standing because the president has forced his organization to divert all it is resources to this fight rather than other issues, and therefore is harming it.

That line drew criticism from some legal experts.

Its argument for standing "barely passes the laugh test," said Robert Kelner, chairman of the election and political law group of the firm Covington & Burling and an experienced Republican attorney.

Edwin Williamson, a former State Department legal adviser, said that the group will struggle to prove its case. He agreed with Dillon's assessment that the emoluments clause does not apply the payment of a "market price" for a stay at a hotel.

Trump said at his news conference earlier this month that he would not sell his ownership in his company, but would hand over management control to his two adult sons. He pledged that his company would strike no more deals abroad and would donate any profits from foreign governments using his hotels to the U.S. Treasury.

Trump's companies began publicly filing paperwork on Monday to show that they're now being run by others. For example, Trump International Hotels Management LLC, registered in Florida, updated its paperwork with the secretary of state to list Eric Trump as president.

Although Dillon says Trump has taken "extraordinary" measures, many government ethics lawyers have panned them as insufficient. They note that no modern president has taken office with as much wealth and as sprawling and opaque a business.

His company, the Trump Organization, has stakes in golf resorts, office buildings, residential towers and hotel licensing deals in about 20 countries. Those include ones with which the U.S. has sensitive relations, such as the Philippines, Indonesia, South Korea and Turkey.

With so many business ties, particularly abroad, government ethics experts worry U.S. interests could take a back seat to his personal financial concerns. And even if they don't, they argue, people will try to curry favor with the new president by buying apartments in his towers or memberships in his golf resorts, raising doubts — fair or not — that U.S. policy is for sale.

The lawsuit on Monday says that Trump's company is receiving payments from foreign government-owned tenants at Trump Tower in New York, including The Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.

It also argues Trump's "The Apprentice" could get him in trouble. It says government-owned stations in in the United Kingdom and Vietnam are paying for broadcast rights of versions of the reality TV hit.

Eisen and Painter have urged Trump to sell his holdings and put the cash in a blind trust, following the example of recent presidents.

Trump is bucking another presidential tradition by refusing to disclose his tax returns. He has said he would be happy to release them, but only after the completion of an Internal Revenue Service audit.

A public petition to the White House on Friday demanding he go public with his tax returns gathered more than 250,000 signatures — well over the 100,000 needed to trigger an official response.

"The White House response is that he's not going to release his tax returns," senior White House adviser Kellyanne Conway said on ABC's This Week. "We litigated this all through the election. People didn't care."

His Doctor confirmed that in the beginning of this month Lil Wayne was examined with stage 4 cancer.

According to yahoo News:- More than 200 people have been arrested as of Friday evening in connection with protests that erupted during the inauguration of President Donald Trump, according to a spokesman for the District of Columbia’s Metropolitan Police Department. The demonstrations included acts of vandalism and clashes with police officers, who used flash bang grenades and pepper spray against the protesters.

Yahoo News was present for a particularly intense clash between police and hundreds of demonstrators that took place in the vicinity of K Street and 14th Street Northwest at about 5 p.m. Demonstrators lit multiple fires in the area and set ablaze a limousine. Police officers in riot gear moved in on the scene and pushed the protesters back using pepper spray and flash bang grenades. Some of the demonstrators, many of whom wore masks and helmets, retaliated by throwing bottles and bricks.

A man who said his name was Hassan remained in the street facing the line of officers after being sprayed in the face.

“They’ll have to bodily kick me out against every fiber of my being,”
 Hassan said as he grimaced in pain and a mixture of pepper spray and tears flowed down his cheeks.

Hassan later told Yahoo News the experience felt like being
 “tattooed on the face.” He also shared his reasons for wanting to be part of the protests against Trump. Hassan said he wanted to be in the street “standing and being representative of the fact that there is absolute disagreement with what is going on in this country right now.” 
He further explained that he believed Trump is a threat to minorities and LGBT people.

“The vast majority of minorities in this country have a whole lot to worry about,” 
Hassan said

The area calmed down by evening, though police and protesters remained in the street.

Not all of the anti-Trump demonstrators in the nation’s capitol on Friday clashed with police. Most took part in peaceful rallies and expressed their dissent through signs and costumes. At one event in McPherson Park, Mary Musson and Stephanie Reece wore t-shirts for a hypothetical “Michelle Obama 2020” presidential campaign. Reece didn’t hesitate when Yahoo News asked if she wished the former first lady had run in last year’s election.

“Hell yeah! Are you kidding? She’d be awesome!” 
Reece said of Obama.

Reece was far less enthusiastic about Trump’s speech following the swearing-in ceremony.

“He didn’t try to unite anybody, that’s for sure,” 
she said of Trump.

Musson described the president’s inaugural address as “horrifying.”

“I just found nothing uplifting or positive,” 

said Musson.

The pair told Yahoo News they came from Maine to participate in the “Women’s March” protest against Trump that is scheduled for Saturday. Musson predicted the anti-Trump demonstrations would extend far beyond the weekend of the inauguration.

“I think this is going to be a movement that’s not going to stop,”

Many of the signs, t-shirts and costumes at the protests referenced the fact that Democrat Hillary Clinton won the popular vote in the presidential race against Trump last year. Others referenced a report released by the U.S. intelligence agencies that concluded the Russian government released emails hacked from the Democratic National Committee and a top aide to Clinton’s campaign in order to benefit Trump. One man sold buttons that featured a painting of Putin holding a baby version of Trump.

In McPherson Square, Jacob Shiman and his brother, Andrew, had a costume that featured masks of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Trump, and bondage gear. Jacob, dressed as Putin, was dragging Andrew, who played the part of Trump, by a chain attached to his neck. The brothers said they were trying to show their concern over Trump’s past praise for Putin and unverified allegations that the Russian government has compromising information about the new president.

“I don’t think Vladimir Putin is someone who should be emulated,” Andrew said, adding, “I mean, he kills journalists in his country. He kills political opposition. So, I just really hope that his governing style does not come to the U.S.”

At some locations, Trump supporters made their way through protests and many of them exchanged words with demonstrators. Christine Escalona, a California woman who wore a knit hat with a Trump logo, shouted that it was “ridiculous” for people to light cars on fire as she passed the scene on K Street.

“It’s really sad. They’re destroying their community. It’s very sad,”

Escalona told Yahoo News.

Escalona said she understood why some people were upset about Trump’s election, but suggested they needed to have a more open mind.

“I think they need to look at the bigger picture – that he wants to create jobs for everybody and not just the wealthy ones,” 
Escalona said of Trump.

Another group of Trump supporters in “Make America Great Again” hats didn’t stop to talk to the demonstrators as they passed by K Street. However, some protesters threw litter at them and shouted as they walked by. “Get out of here!” one of the men yelled. “Get your ass out of the city!

The Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, has vowed to ensure that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, takes over power from the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government.
Fayose made the remark, shortly after his counterpart from Bayelsa State, Seriake Dickson announced him as the new Chairman of the PDP governors’ forum, on Friday in Abuja.
Speaking on his new role, Fayose said he accepted the responsibility to work as chairman of the Forum.
The governor promised to work with stakeholders, including the National Assembly, to restore the glory of the PDP.
According to Fayose,

“I take this responsibility at a time the party needs somebody to stand up. I am sure you all know that we will do it to represent Nigerians well.
“It is a call to pull the walls of Jericho down; it is a call to make a difference.
“I want to assure you that within the next few months, the mobilisation, the consultation will be so effective and there will be a new beginning for our party – different and enriching.
“I will take over from where he stopped. Come 2019, we will take over again; we are going to come back again.”
Earlier, Dickson while making the announcement said, “As an integral part of the discussion, the governors of our party, among ourselves, as well as those who were unavoidably absent, unanimously appointed a new PDP Governors’ Forum Chairman.
“In line with the tradition of our party, we agreed to appoint our colleague, the most senior governor in PDP, Ayodele Fayose, the governor of Ekiti as new Chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum.
“You are all aware that he is a committed party man, doing a wonderful job in his state. He is well experienced and committed to the ideals of our party.
“We have all unanimously appointed him as the new Chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum to coordinate the affairs and activities of our forum and to work and collaborate with other structures of our party,” Dickson said.
