Journalist Hillary Nnoruka posted images of Aloysius Ikegwuonu whom he revealed to be the intended target of the gunmen, via his twitter handle - Several people were killed when the gunmen struck the Catholic church during an early morning mass - Ikegwuonu is a celebrated indigene and a high chief of the Ozubulu community in Anambra state, where the horrid incident took place The alleged intended target of the massacre at St. Philips Catholic Church, Ozubulu, Anambra, has been identified as Aloysius Ikegwuonu a.k.a Bishop. The church was invaded by gunmen on Sunday, August 6, who proceeded to open fire on worshipers, killing several people and injuring others, when they did not find the target there.
