He hails from Aguleri in Anambra State, after being born in Onitsha where he grew up, Romeo saw the need to pursue his music career, as they say the journey of a thousand miles begins with a step, Romeo decided to move to Lagos in pursuit of his musical dreams. He is widely known for his fluent use of the famous Igbo language, and ability to jump on all sorts of instrumentals both local and international. Romeo is also known for his extraordinary showmanship, his stage enactment as well as energetic stage performance. Romeo is the new king of Igbo rap, his punchlines are witty, deep, and very poetic regardless of the indigenous infusion.
He came to lime light late 2016 when his freestyle video on the famous panda instrumental went viral on Facebook. He has since been likened with the industry’s finest and sure tipped for next year’s next rated act.

Fast forward 2017 with several shows and accolades to his name,he drops the EP titiled “FBItheEP” with [6] six singles which depicts his versatility. The lead Single “FBI” #FullBloodedIgbo says it all about his dedication and patriotism to his people and country respectively. The EP contains songs produced by outstanding producers; the likes of Popito, DonL3, i2dk, Mr Six and mixed by the extraordinary Nasty Mix.
